A system for the fabrication of Langmuir molecular films (formed at the liquid surface) and Langmuir-Blodgett films (transferred onto a solid substrate); additionally equipped with a surface potential measurement head based on the vibrating capacitor method.

In-situ monolayer light absorption measurement system

A system for recording absorption spectra of Langmuir molecular films, built around the QE65000 spectrometer by Ocean Optics and the DH2000-BAL UV-VIS light source by Mikropack. The spectral range of the QE65000 is 200-950 nm. Optical fibers are used both to deliver the excitation light beam and to collect the signal from the monolayers.
